ListProof provides a photo workflow and proofing platform for automotive dealerships and their photographers. Features include photo checklists, status tracking, and downloadable proof galleries.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You retain ownership of all photos and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a license to store, display, and process your content as necessary to provide our services.
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our platform. You may not upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights.
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
ListProof shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our platform.
